Call Tracking and NAP
12
My clients are getting more savvy and are wanting proof that I am making their phone ring.
I know their are all kinds of call trackig solutions, callfire, phone.com, twilio etc.
My question comes down to having NAP, name, address and phone all matching.
Do you use their main phone for directories and map listings or call tracking?
Do you only add the call tracking to their site?
Does not having their main number in their site really matter, because the SE's understand that people want to track where their calls are coming from?
Do you set up two different numbers, one for new customers/patients/clients and one for current customers/patients/clients (their main number)?
What is the procedure if they decide to stop using your service, what happens to the call tracking numbers?
