Optimize Press is more geared towards squeeze pages, landing pages and sales pages.

If you're looking to build more of a traditional website for your client...I don't think optimize press would be the best template.

Optimize Press is good choice but there is far more better software exists which helps us to create great and highly convert able landing page. imsolutionsgroup I looked at the theme you've linked, it looks pretty good (I am in the process of building a site for a real estate agent) but in the description for that theme it says "Widget ready? no"
so does it mean you can't ad/remove widgets like "posts, text, etc." to the right hand column? Would be rather disappointing if that's the case.
