Looking for the Holy Grail?

Not really, but I am looking for an offline system that actually works!

I have spent over $3,000, $7 to $47 at a time and I have to admit, most of the helpful information has come for free from this forum and not WSOs. :-(

I am not afraid of hard work and if I have a solid script/system, I can cold call and close.

What I am looking for is something to offer local business owners that I can cold call to either sell or make the appointment and then make a very nice initial payment AND recurring income.

I am a graphic designer, however, to take all the time to create websites, is not the best use of my time, when I could be selling and keeping the funnel full. Also, the recurring (hosting) is not the kind of recurring I am talking about.

I am looking for a $15-30K per month recurring.

Am I mistaken that that is not truly possible?

Any recommendations?

I have done a handful of Google Places, and so far all 5 of my clients are on page one, about 60% of their keywords they are #1 or #2. And these are in fairly competitive markets, insurance sales and attorney.

In retrospect, the clients I did this for were very cheap and still do not appreciate what I accomplished for them. All 5 are single person firms/agencies.

What is the going rate for Google Places and what would the recurring possibilities be?

I also have managed reviews for these clients and now have reviews on Google Places, Judy's Book, Kudzu, Local.com, Super Pages, Yellow Pages and Insider Pages.

Again, I was just learning and did not lock in a recurring.

    The ultimate answer is recurring income. Not thinking $10 - 20 hosting.
    Think BIG. SEO (call it something different), videos, Email Marketing
    (auto-responders), mobil websites, Listing on YOUR directories and on
    and on. Come up with a package and price it in the $300 to $400 per
    month range (or more)of residual income. Take it as far as you want.

    SEO (search engine optimization); there are tons of white-label SEO companies that will simply allow you to resell their services as your own. I think that would be a good fit for you, especially seeing as you already have contacts via graphic design services, ect. You could design their websites and then simply refer or offer SEO services to get the site ranked... Plus their are millions of small businesses that need local SEO services. Google "HubShout". They are one of the best SEO reselling programs I've seen. They even give you training... Really professional company. Whatever you do, good luck! CK
