Free Coder for 5-10 projects

hey Guys,

I did a web development course last year - can hand code many languages now - to full validation standards

I want to build a portfolio quick - so I am happy to code 5-10 sites for free.

They must be legit offline businesses - recognisable name better but not 100% required

You must supply the full graphics - I'm not a designer

It must be for a real site with domain & hosting already purchased

I require full permission to use the sites on my portfolio site & a referral from you would be appreciated too

What I offer:

Basically a fully coded site from your graphics. HTML, PHP, Jquery - what ever you want but I dont do flash, JAVA or microsoft.

I will do the upload & DNS setup too if you want

I am happy to work with as many different people as are keen, any industry is fine EG insurance, used car, hotel - I dont care. Any location is fine EG: New York, mexico etc I dont care where the business is

But you must provide a quality PSD design for the site, full specs of what you want

Wordpress, Joomla, HTML, PHP - bring it on !!!

  • You do PSD to Joomla? What about Drupal? PSD to Magento?

    I have some stuff in Joomla you can do... all the sites are mine that I haven't had time for...

    Seriously man.. I have 5 sites for you RIGHT NOW... and I am an amazing reference. Also shoot me a PM about what rates you will charge in the future for hourly and/or project rate for Joomla, wordpress and Drupal separately.

    I can load you up with work... get your portfolio started and use you regularly.
  • I just lost out on a deal because my code wasn't "bulletprrof" It was a mobile site for a bankruptcy attorney.

    Their marketing director happened to be a "code master" who worked at Microsoft, GM, Ford & Chrysler writing code.

    I had 2 sites done up in hopes that one of them would pass the "test", but unfortunately, they did not.

    He left the door open saying, "If you can get it coded properly, I'll cut you a check".

  • Yes guys I will do it so long as the PSD's are slick & its for a legit offline business
  • This guy ripped it apart. I am not a coder so I can't say he was being picky. I used a Warrior to do the mobile site (as I often have) and this is the first time I got called out.

    He told me he'd cut a check for $750 if it passed the "code review".

    My proposal was a bit under that as I use that as my foot in the door. This firm spends $100k/mo on advertising with $15k of that on their web advertising.

    A deal I want to make happen!

      Gareth, PM me your skype as well, I have a ton of projects in queue... I wouldn't have you do PSD to joomla though, because what we need for those you would be coding it for a week or two just to get it to the point where we can make progress. Those will come later, and I would fully compensate for that lol.

      Anyway Gareth, I have projects... my skype is iarenameless if you're interested... I will give you a test run... let me know your prices because I could use another good developer on my team for regular work or just part time.

    I can put in maybe 3 hours a day to coding some free sites initially - Lets just start with one - at this stage I just want to build my portfolio - after that we can discuss some commercial work
