Is there any way to increase 'likes' in facebook without ads?

Hi Warriors!!

I understand that now social media has big influence in our business to increase sales and money.

I've been using facebook and also twitter. But I don't know exactly how to get more people to visit my business page and like it. I have invited friends, and socialized in groups and communities but it doesn't change alot. I heard that we could increase more likes by advertising our product/page. But currently I have tight budget on it. Do you think, is there anyway that I can do to get more likes in facebook for my business page without ads?

    Create a like magnet.

    "Get/win this free xyz. To qualify you must share, like, and tweet this page!"

    Boom done.

    Its the same concept with building an e-mail list.

    My friend has managed to grow his facebook page 900+ fans over the course of a few weeks through a similar method.
