Am I allowed by Google to do this?

Hello,

I do lead gen sites and plan to duplicate one of my sites in multiple cities. Would be that a problem if I will have the same site (optimised for each city) with the same pictures, graphics, text? I want to keep this long-term, do you think it is a good approach?

Kindly waiting for your replies.

I don't know with others but I think having duplicate contents for your sites would badly affect your rankings in SERPs.

Only one way to know for sure. Test it out and see what happens. I think for local lead gen sites you would probably be ok with some duplicate content. Try it and see what happens.

Your question sounds a lot like this one that I just saw on here the other day:

There is only one real reply, but maybe it will help.

This is what Dr. Dan does (from Google Love 2), he says it works. I haven't tried it myself yet.

I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is.

Okay, any other suggestions? I want to be sure someone used it actually with no hurt.

The short answer is no, I have sites with 100's of pages of duplicate content except for city and state name and have pages ranking for local terms on page one in multiple cities.

If you are building lead gen sites like Dr. Dan it's the same.. I have dulpicate sites ranking in the same niche in several cities.

You can listen to those who say otherwise or you can take action and see for yourself.
I am not saying that this will always be the case but as of today I have not had a issue.

Ok, will do this and see how it goes with it.
      I don't use Dr. Dan's method as I don't have his course.
