Google Maps - Latest Changes
My offline client just called. He is concerned that Google has changed things so out of 20 reviews they are showing the worst one first. Apparently they are showing the most helpful review first, but other reviews have more votes saying that review was helpful. So I don't know what basis they are using to make this the first review.
They have a new rating system now. The star system is gone. Now they give you a numbered rating out of 3. I don't know how they came up with the numbers since the previous reviews had a star rating.
Any ideas on how to make this more fair?
Better yet, any ideas on how to have the reviews that we want show up at the top of the list?
Any help would be appreciated.
