Personally, the form requesting information is too long... I understand they want those questions answered, however why not just require a name, email, phone number and description and they can give that lead a call?

Also, I would try to maybe have a testimonials page instead of displaying it on the home page. I prefer to not require the potential client visiting my site to have to scroll up and down -- You only have a few seconds to make a good impression and they don't like scrolling up and down.

From a design point of view it is very dark. I prefer lighter themes. The rollover buttons I don't think should hide the graphics until mouse is over. Makes the page look uninviting or broken upon first visit.

For me, It looks pretty much like it was made in the early days of the internet. Here are few things:

1. so, you have a dark background. then make the content layout area be shiny- I like white. If you choose white then make the logo text be dark, add a nicer font and make it smaller. Heck, add some creativity to your logo. I don't know even if that really is a logo or just some text, LOL.
2. focus on 2 or 3 main colors which match. visit kuler for some ideas.
3. remove those strange signs from your background image.
4. make that video stand out - add some border to it, make bigger, center and put on autply.
5. those 3 circles put down to the video which will be your main CTA, if you want it to be, surely.
6. I like the green button, it stands out but also it has to match any other part of your site with green colors which I don't really see anywhere else.
7. add "happy-faced" portraits to your testimonials
8. put a border on your map
9. add a special offer text along with your number, give them a reason to call you RIGHT NOW!. make the font bigger.
9. switch to Wordpress
