Niche Newsletters...

MODS: If this is the wrong forum in which to post this, i apologize. Feel free to move the thread.

Anyhow, hey "offliners"....

I have a newsletter service serving the following markets...
  • Chiropractic
  • Dental
  • Optometry

Nothing fancy. The members pay a monthly fee for a PLR newsletter sent to them once monthly. They can then brand, reproduce and distribute to their patients and prospects as a marketing and patient re-activation tool.

"Offline 101" type of stuff.

I used to write the articles myself but am now too busy to do so.

This would be an ongoing contract. 6 articles a month.

A "great" writer is a must. No PLR garbage for this. I need a native english writer who takes their writing career seriously.

Ideally it'd be great to find a writer specializing in the above markets... if not "medical" in general, though that's not a must if I find the right person.

Quality is the number one factor... not price.

Rather than browsing the WFH section, I thought I'd ask you guys who you use to write content for YOUR offline clients.

Anyone?

    I use oDesk. Lots of good writers their, and very cheap say - $10 per 500 word article.

    Urm, well, might I suggest...someone I know personally? (See signature, second line.) I can do quality, but not for cheap.

      Hey Mrs. Green,

      I've hired someone already but he's not doing the "Chiropractic" one because he simply has no desire to and i am experienced in Chiro so i could do those.

      However, I'm game if you wanna write "chiro" articles.

    Thanks to all those that have replied here and/or sent me a PM. At this time I have selected a writer.

    P.S.

    I found it somewhat comical how many "writers" promote themselves over in the "WFH" area with sales letters containing typos and grammatical errors throughout. (I note that nobody who contacted me was guilty of this.)

    Through this experience, I offer the advice that when hiring writers, ask trusted warriors who they use and just hire that person.

    Glad you've found someone. You've given me an idea, by the way. I'm going to try this newsletter thing (not stealing your niches, of course. ;-) ). Don't know why I hadn't thought of that before.

      LOL. I gave you some deets over in your other thread.

      I don't give a damn if you operate in my Niche. There's room enough for both of us.

      If you have a list, start with that market. I had a giant list in Chiropractic because of a previous business (read your other thread) so i instantly had like 3000 D.C.s whoe were past clients of mine. I filled that newsletter FAST... within days.

      But yup... it's a good idea. Ask Dan Kennedy, what works aint always glamorous. :-)
