Best Voip provider for lead generator videos and sites

Hi folks

Based in the Uk I recently started to have a little success ranking videos for a client.

Now I want to go nucleur with this idea and create more videos and sell the leads or lease the video to interested business owners.

However I will probably need several virtual numbers which look like local numbers to the caller that I can then forward on to a business owner.

What is the best voip provider for me so that I do things like record calls, forward/transfer calls, put a whisper in so the business owner knows I'm sending him the lead etc.

Would appreciate any suggestions as I'm finding all the voip services that companies here in Uk offer confusing making it hard to know which one is best to use.

Thanks in advance

I'm a big fan of twilio and openvbx OpenVBX: the Web-based, Open Source Phone System for Business try it, it's reliable service and pretty cheap 1$/month for phone number and 1cent per min

Mate, check out soho 66, cheap and has the best forwarding costs I have seen in the UK. Forget about recording, it's illegal unless you have permission from the person calling and to be honest you won't get anything out of it anyway.

thanks everyone who posted or pm'ed me for all your quick replies and help. Twilio along with open vbx although a little techy sound cool.....if only had the time to get into it. Someone mentioned soho 66 to me and I think I will go with that as it seemed a lot easier to set up and maintain.

You can take a look at The Real PBX. I have been using its services since one year and I think they will be able to provide you the desired features. If you are confused, then you can talk to each provider and clarify your doubts. If possible, you can take a free trial from some of the providers that you find fit. Then you can choose the best deal.
