Great offline CPA method

Hey guys,

This is one method that I have used in the past and it has been quite profitable.

Quite simple really. Just utilizing an unused traffic source.

Well in my city in Las Vegas there is a few small Internet Cafes. They have pretty cheap rates for getting ads on the desktop of all the computers ( as the desktop background )

It was $9 a day. So I decided to try it.

Before I did so I lined up a nice CPA offer. It was an incentivized international friendly offer for a free copy of Call of Duty 5. Perfect for my target audience. It paid $2.48 as well. Which was fairly decent.

I cleared it up with my AM that I was going to do some offline marketing with the offer and he gave me the thumbs up.

So I got the advert on the desktops. And there was an average of 200 people viewing it per day.

Of those 200 people. 150 visited my re directing domain to the offer. And 100 completed it per day. ( All in averages )

Which was netting me an easy $90-$200 a day.

Of course near the end of the week it went down. As the same people were at the internet cafe and had already completed the offer.

But ultimately you can't argue with $9 investment being turned into 10x profit every day.

Hope this helps with showing some ways of targeting various sources of offline traffic.

Not too shabby. It would be nice to figure out a way to collect their emails too. Get even more bang for your buck

It seems to be a great method of earning money. Indeed, it would be great if we could figure out a way of collecting their email addresses too, so we can take it to the next level.

EDIT BY MODERATOR: Why does your location say "Chicago" when your IP is in Romania?
I'm staying in Romania for a while but I'm from Chicago, is there a problem?

Now that's thinking outside the box.

This is a great idea and I know in my area
there are alot of people who use computers
to search the web at the library, so maybe
this idea could also be implimented there to.

        Thanks for sharing!

I was just thinking about the library as well. It probably has a lower chance of 'repeat' users when you compare it to an internet cafe. It'd be nice to find some statistics but I'd guess that the average person in a library only goes once or twice a month but the average internet cafe user is in the same cafe multiple times per week.

Has anyone every tried placing advertisements in a public library (in any capacity) though? Might not even be allowed.
