still no response from ebay customer support

I am a new ebay seller 2 months ago.and everyone know ebay has list limitation on new seller.but after several days listing, i really have some bidders. But i found al the items were removed due to the following reason from ebay message:

Thank you for choosing eBay as your business partner! After reviewing your documents, we've found great security concerns. As a result, your account will remain restricted. Security concerns include: - Account Take Over (ATO) - Fake/incomplete/disqualified Information - Previous or current high risk selling activities

I have tried to contact ebay for a long time. They still didn't tell me how to remove the restriction.I am so disappointed with this bad experience.If someone have the same situation, please give me some suggestion. thanks.

    I'm going to assume that you are in China and you sold something in the Art category?

    It's like a new seller from China selling 10 iPhones, your location and what category you are selling in probably raised red flags and you were limited by their system.

    Contact eBay by phone if possible, ask to speak to someone within the United States, tell them about your business and show them your website and they will be inclined to raise your limitations. Then go on TB and buy a bunch of really cheap items such as iPod fitness bands, and sell those without profit for the next 30 days to get feedback on your account and get you past the 90 day mark. Then slowly start selling your paintings.

    Can you tell me more about here you are and what you were selling?

    Some times you will simply never be able to sell what you want on eBay due to their rules or their overboard enforcement.
