Reputation (Review) Mgmt service questions

I would like to offer Reputation Mgmt to clients after I find issues on Google Local +, so a couple of questions?

1. What, if anything, is white hat in terms of the paid RM services out there?
2. I know people have used services like Local Business Listing Robot and others for Google Places, but will Google Local + be any different? Will these services work there as well?
3. Though many services are using actual client testimonies to improve a business's ratings, are paid options on the up and up?
4. If IMs are providing RM services, what is being used?
5. Any good WSOs?

Thanks in advance -

Jim

If you need any of the following done please let me know as I specialize in ORM.

    1. Custom review gateway. I have seen some of the ones for sale here on WF and they lack the compassionate feel a review would be looking for. Most of the ones I have seen on here make it look like the reviewer is being sent to a place MADE to capture their bad review. PR's are always great to help push down negative articles about the company. Claiming all the listings and working with someone to get some of the negative reviews taken down. If reviews can not be taken down be sure that you always respond the the negative review and give something for free. If its a restaurant give them a FREE dinner. God forbid a business gives a unhappy customer something for free. Most people will never even take advantage of that, but it looks like gold to other review readers.
    2. To leave a review on Google+ local you need a google+ account. This make it a little more difficult to leave seed reviews but it's doable
    3. If done correctly yes
    4. What was mentioned in number 1.
    5. No idea

Hope that helps. let me know if you need any assistance with any of these items. BTW I have a KICK A$$ review gateway if you are interested

I just want to make a comment on overcoming a bad review on Google +. It's funny how people react to a bad review. One reaction is if the bad review has no reply but other reviews are positive the consumer reading the reviews will disregard the bad one. It's funny how people really do want to think the best of others. The next one is a review that gets a reply that either satisfys the reader or perhaps not. Either way the reader still looks for third party information that will knock them off the fence. Other bad reviews the business is dead. Good reviews the reader will think positive. There is a third. If a business gets a bad review they can get a third party review service that will write an unbiased review. These review services are like mystery shoppers they could show up at any time and they look for issues similar to the original complaint. Their reviews are very complete and will either make the bad review worthless or make it a wake up call for the business owner. They also provide a comprehensive overview to the business owner with ways they can improve or a good job acknowledgment.
At the moment I can't tell you who these services are or how to contact them I just read an article about them in a trade mag while sitting at the dentist.
