OFFLINE MARKETING

Hey everybody. I'm new to this forum and I am interested in web design & sales however as the title suggests , I don't really know where to begin. Now i have some basic PS skills, and general design theory is ok, but could use some improvement to get to the next level. Right now I feel like a chimp who just found out how to beat the screen with a stick. Can any one help me out here?

I intend to emulate the successful and one day provide high quality product worthy of a high price tag. Ive seen a lot of Sh*t sites and i want to stand apart form them.   here's the ratios that tend to be rather standard from B2B Sales books.
  
  100 cold calls to qualified leads
  30 decision makers reached
  10 appointments set
  3 proposals
  1 close
  
  However our ratios tend to differ. (perhaps to experience or the series of education, auto-responder, webinar and videos we send prior to close).
  
  If we end up having 10 meetings, we better expect a minimum of 3 closes within 30 days.
  
  Average customer profit value is about $7800 for Local SEO for my firm.
