phone system for appointment setters?
So I closed my first client a few weeks ago and I'd really like to invest some of the money into getting an appointment setter.
Before looking for someone oversees I'd like to try and find someone I can meet in person face to face. I'll probably pay them a base $10 an hour and bonuses. Maybe 5-10 percent of closed deals?
What is the best way to set them up with a phone number? I really don't know how to do this. Would I need to get them a VOIP number and they make calls from Skype? What's the most economical way to do this.
