Offline Marketing Postcard Mailing List/Service?

I'm in the process of creating my first Postcard Sales Mailer, and have generated interest from prospective clients. The one thing though that I dont know about is acquiring a mailing list for circulation numbers in my cities, or zip codes. Any reputable companies, or how would I go about acquiring that info? Also any reasonable Print n Ship companies, or does it eat a big chunk of your profit?
