Cold call outsourcing

I need some advice ,I have two site's ranking in 2nd and the other in 3rd place on google I have a tracking script on the phone number via twilio .the numbers are getting a few calls now.
After getting a few wso's I thought I would sell the leads to local business.
(I never really thought it through)
Im in the UK and the sites are built for US cities.and as I have a very broad northern accent ,I lot of English people can't understand me.
So I was wondering if any warriors use a good US based outsourcer they could recommend.
or I should just send the leads to quality smith as both sites are in there fields.
any advice would be appreciated.

I haven't used a cold caller yet. However, I think maybe on iFreelance, ODesk, Elance, or other freelance bidding sites you could find someone. You might also be able to find what you're looking for on Fiverr, but I'm not sure.

I'm in Canada and the callers I've hired have been in the Philippines but many people in United States and Canada are not native English speakers so it's fine.

    Here's what you do:
    1. Get a list of businesses to call
    2. Prepare a script
    3. Put an ad on elance or odesk and hire 3 people for the job
    4. Before you give them, ask for a voice sample recording. Confirm that HE or SHE is the person who will be calling, not their brother, cousin, neighbour or friend.
    5. Only have them make 50 calls each as a test.
    6. Then pick the best one and roll it out.
    7. Be nice to the second best one because the best one will flake out on you at some point (the excuses are amazing!) and you'll be needing a new caller.

TIP: Put your own phone numbers on the list (this is called "seeding the list") so you will get to hear what they sound like. Ask your callers for a daily report at the end of the day. Also, make sure you tell them what their goal is. I find it's best to get them to ask for an email address to send more info and then I can follow up myself.

Thanks! I would also like to know how would the individuals be making the calls? would we have to provide the service/software or would we have to pay for their minutes? Thanks!
