Used Car Showroom Marketing Help
I recently bought a car from a local used car showroom and ran into some IT issues. When I was in signing the paperwork for the car the salesman said his computer was down.
After some discussion he mentioned that he was deleting some files that he thought hadn't been used for a while. Turns out those files were his network card drivers
Anyway, we're not all IT experts and it just so happens that my family/in-laws are family friends with the owner. I sat down with the owner and discussed a few points with him about his infrastructure.
He asked me to send him an email with some points about his set up and I'm putting some stuff together.
The problem here is that I don't really know how to approach this. There are a number of online issues plus some IT infrastructure issues that need addressed but I don't know how much to charge for work like this.
Has anyone got any advice on
1) Things to check for on his online presence
2) Associated costs for working on IT infrastructures
