Please Critique My Plan

I have decided to sell a three service stack consisting of mobile websites, Google+ Places listings and SMS services. I plan to start with mobile websites and upsell the other services later.

I have bought the following WSOs:
WillR's Mobile Business in A Box
WillR's Mobile Video Sales Tool
Mobile Renegade Lead Generation Software
IAmPaulJames Local Pinnacle

I'm planning to generate leads by looking for businesses spending money with YP and YB who have a website but do not have a mobile website. Are there any niches I should target or ignore?

I have a telemarketing background so I will be cold-calling, though I would eventually like to switch to email marketing so that I can cut down my time to income ratio.

I'll be offering them a free demo mobile website. I'll be charging $200 for a website they host on their server OR a free site that i host for $20 a month on my server.

I've set up an account with WePay. I haven't dug into the setup there yet, I'm hoping to have payment buttons that I can integrate into emails.

As of yet I do not have a website. Do you think it is worth the time/effort/$$$ to set one up before I start cold calling or can it wait?

I have the Mobile Renegade product which provides emails for prospects, and the mobile video sales tool which involves sending customized emails to clients. I understand how to use merge features in Outlook to customize the emails. Is this spam?

If this is a legit sales method (I certainly hear a lot of people on here swearing by it), how do you go about sending so many emails without getting service suspended through your webmail or hosting account?

Am I missing anything?

I'm ready to hit the ground running. I know action and burning upthe phone lines is the key to it all. What do ya'll think? Am I ready?

I'm just bumping this to the top again. I'm hoping that the reason I've received no replies is that I posted this in the middle of the night. If I've broken some sort of etiquette that is getting this post ignored please let me know what I should change. I'm really looking forward to the feedback from experienced offliners. I've done a lot of reading here over the past three weeks but it all starts to blur together after a bit!

its your business, you should know if you're ready. make sure youre making enough to cover all your outgoings plus leave enough profit to be able to grow the business .

Focus on getting fee paying clients asap then grow the business from their income, eg lead gen/ convert/ reinvest

    Let me give two opinion from my experience;
I have a telemarketing background so I will be cold-calling, though I would eventually like to switch to email marketing so that I can cut down my time to income ratio.
Switching from one method to another is not profitable as from cold-calling you will get a customer base and when you switch, you may lose a big portion. So, you can use both techniques from beginning.

Do you think it is worth the time/effort/$$$ to set one up before I start cold calling or can it wait?
I think, you should have a good website before start cold calling.
