Google+ Local listing help
As a clients' webmaster a few months back I deleted their Google Places listing which was based on an old Yellow Pages site and had minimal information (because I couldn't get rid of it any other way) and created a new Google Places listing for them based on their new website,
with a good deal more information, images, etc., which went through the Google places verification process ok,
but the new listing (which is now a plus.google.com address) does not show up in the search results at all - you have to know what the url is to go there or find it at all
- Anybody have any ideas what did I do wrong, and how can I fix it?
PS: other businesses in the same search are showing up that aren't optimized at all, so it isn't a lack of page/listing optimization on my part
PPS: I've posted this question on the appropriate Google Groups forum but haven't heard anything back yet. I'm betting on finding better/faster information here!
