    There was a WSO put out some time ago called Agent Black. It was a good program, but in my experience agents are not wowed by this. The old slideshow / video presentation for properties is just that... OLD. I wasn't able to give the videos away.

    Then again... I'm terrible at sales

    I know Mark Helton realised a WSO about video prospecting, pretty good, if you are interested to sell video marketing stuffss..

    I agree, that those cheap videos aren't any good. Animoto is overrated.
    I would start looking at virtual tour companies. That is what I am doing, it's $1,000 plus the cost of equipment. Then you can resell these for $100. Plus, now you have trust built, you are helping them market a property. Then you can start to sprinkle in sms.
