Facebook pages - TIP for finding clients.
I found a great way to find clients that i have had a 30% close rate with. SO 3 in every 10 business contacted i have closed using this method.
I am not selling these now, i am moving on so here is my secret.
Do you see those ads on the side of you facebook page. Keep an eye on them all, bookmark new ones you come across if you have to. If they seem new, or even with their advertising spend, they are not going well, CALL THEM!!
Any new pages made, any ads that don't fit your profile, any pages that are not in your area etc, call them and talk to them. You should be able to spot the ones that have no idea.
Find out how they are going with dedicating time to their page.
If they are outsourcing, can you do better at a better price, or offer more value.
If their ad is not being advertised effectively, talk to them about that.
Try to figure out what is happening and offer them a solution.
ADS TO LOOK OUT FOR
1. New pages
2. Ones with spelling mistakes
3. Ones that make no sense - yes i have seen them.
4. Ones that do not fit your interests.
5. Coffee shops, restaurants, etc that you can never get to. Eg they are in a different state.
Obviously you are only going to find a handfull if less a week, so it will not be the only way to source leads, but it has served me with some easy pickings.
GO for it!!
