small business software's

Hi Warriors, One of my friend want to know about small business software's, read his requirements.

I am Working in Oman. My basic Profession now is Marketing & I've just started my Freelance work of Transportation service on commission basis.

I've also tried Quick books pro but little confusion in entering drivers detail by vendors group

Let me explain about my nature of work.

For Example:
I've submitted one quotation (offer) for transportation service from Oman to Dubai. Daily 15 Trucks load from Oman and deliver will go to dubai to offload. (Now important this is, I don't have a single truck. What I do is Cross Hire from Outside Pakistanis)

I offer them @ 50 Rials and My quotation is @ 70 Rial

Now daily the record of drivers change.

I want to Inputer daily Loaded Trucks numbers Their license number contact numbers date their name. I've tried in excel but messed up...

because I've also account of Border/ Custom payment.... and alos Certificate of Origin charges and other extrx safty material charges which i m providing them before going to dubai border.

Kindly help me to find out any light and small business software which can fulfilled my requirements.
