Yes, have you guys all gone crazy? I'm seeing websites selling at less than $500 bucks,
  • Do you have a plan for your back-end at all?

    If you don't, I can literally kill you and all your peers by providing website design at $1, hosting package free for 5 years and you wouldn't know what hit you.
  • Have you thought about the sustainability of your business on the market where more and more so call web design companies are rushing in each day?

    If you and your 1001 competitor is providing the same website at the same price - you are just an additional cost to the profit loss statement, there's no reason why I should spend it.
  • Don't you value your time anymore?

    I can sell websites at $9000 a pop (not being arrogant) because I value my time more than anything else plus I create value for clients when no one else can
I kept seeing threads related to how difficult cold calling is - the reason is because you are not creating any value for your clients through your services, your prospects view you as a cost.


Please, please, please - look at your market, your competitors and your clients and ask yourself "If you are your own prospect, will you buy your own services? If not should you still provide that kind of services?"


Next - Engineer a USP (unique selling position), something that's valuable and beneficial to your client but can only be fulfilled by you and not your competitors.

Last - USP is not branding, it is not permanent and it changes when the market changes.

Only then you can build a scalable business to provide you passive income.
