Hi there,

Does anybody have any recommendations on a good training course for running Adwords and Facebook campaigns for clients?

Thanks

    Good Morning, Diana!

Assuming that you're inquiring in regards to a training course for your own use, there are so many resources on the warrior forum alone, let alone the mass hysteria of the internet itself.

Are you looking for a free resource, or a paid course? If so, what is your budget like? If you can answer this for me I will do my best to point you in the right direction!

    Happy Monetizing,
    Jon Martin.

      Hi Jon.

I am looking for myself. I have just spent some time browsing the Ads forum but that is more for Adsense and CPA stuff (of which I am also clueless) but that's next year's project.

I am open to both free and paid. All depends on the quality and if the focus is on managing campaigns for clients and also how to outsource certains parts.

        That makes perfect sense.

I'm sure there are a lot of helpful tutorials scattered online - but I understand you're looking for something more FULL, similar to a course. I can't suggest any paid courses myself as I have yet to purchase any (hopefully some other warriors can do just that!) but what I do suggest is reading into some online blogs and beginners tutorials until then to get some of the BASE KNOWLEDGE ingrained. It will make the course all the more understandable.

Here's a nice read for you:

It seems as though some of the videos in this tutorial series are no longer available but it seems to have some wonderful free text content. Hopefully that can get the ball rolling!

I'm confident that there's a more experienced PPC user on the forum that can point you in the right direction in regards to valuable courses.

        All the best,
        Jon.

If you are looking for info on PPC, get certified by Adwords.
They have training on how to use their program.
Then they provide you with vouchers good for $100 in free advertising for you to give away.

      Yep....

The first thing I'd recommend is becoming an engage member and you'll get 2K worth of vouchers, and basic training. The next step is to request a voucher for adwords certification, and you'll get certified for free instead of having to pay whatever it is they're wanting. If I remember right, they used to charge $150 per exam? You can get it all free though.

Engage is good, but it's only for US and Canada residents. There's a lot of information available from the Certification learning center, check that out if you want to get Adwords certified.

Actually, Engage's programme works in the UK too. Not sure about SA but easy for you to find out. I second the suggestion of Perry Marshall - you can sign up to a free email training on his site...

Funny that you mention this. I've been thinking about doing a course specifically on ppc for small business clients. I can give you help where you need it. I've managed about $14 million in adwords adspend over the last 8 years. Just PM me.

    Thanks,
    Michael
