Automated Calling Program for Client

A client wants to set up an system where they record a birthday greeting for a customer in advance and have it sent to them via automated phone call later on. Does anyone know of a service that can accommodate this? I know there are automated dialers out there that you can plug a list into and let them go but this is a quite a bit more customized.

Your best bet is to look for someone to create a program for your client. How would they receive the recorded message? Via phone, website?

Out of curiosity how much you charging brah?

If it's only that there are already standalone services like this that exists and interfaces with quickbooks,etc.
