        good going ADukes.
Seriously, it's the most rock solid marketing system out there in my opinion.

Good strategy. Brand Identity and Direct Mail are my cups o' tea and I don't blame you at all for focusing on Brand Managemet.

Read the comments below, Matt commented on the blog himself saying it wasn't a fair representation of what was going on. SEroundtable kind of has their own agenda anyway.

It's also biased... I love contactology but that isn't really 100% true.

Ethical SEO'ers are non existant, well, good SEOs aren't "ethical" as people like to say because it is a contradiction in itself.

The real deal with all this isn't REALLY a game changer. What Google cares about is the user, they are getting smarter about link variations, sources, and what is or isn't spammy. MARKET your website.. and you will be fine.

It's also important to note this does not effect google + local.

I love this, and I couldn't agree more. Local SEO is still all about marketing your business and doing all the right (whitehat) things.

G+ Local is where the money is anyway (both for you and the client)... so if you're in the local seo game, why bother with anything else?

This is the biggest fallacy in SEO.

If you are getting websites ranked for free in Google, you are Google's enemy and they have no interest in your content.

It's not about "quality content" or "white hat"...it's about how they can manipulate their own engine to make them more billions per year.

Matt Cutt's job is to say the opposite of what is really going on, be really vague about everything and look like a total douche (he's good at that.).

Nothing to see here. I SEO'd a blog before penguin and got it ranked. Now it's actually higher than before penguin. I didn't change any of my approach. Google is telling you exactly what you need. Just like Iamnameless said it's about marketing. Not about SEO tricks. Just market people's sites and you'll do fine.

    Y'all need to chill.

I have no doubt at all that my SEO business will continue to grow no matter what animal or update google bring out of the woodwork.

There will always be a way to get your ass on page 1, each new update is an opportunity to change your approach and that leaves millions of new clients whose SEO agency throw in the towel.

Thanks Adukes !! After this Update how many threads will start here in this section or the main forun with people crying they got burnt by it?
It seems every time Google makes a change some one people here
panic. Sounding like Chicken Little., The Sky is falling ( My site) I over SEO'ed it, I bought thousands of spun articles, I paid for fiver back links, twitter bots, face books likes.

I wish people would focus on not re-lying so heavy on how to game google. We would not be hearing about the Updates. Glad to always hear the majority of Offliners do the right thing.

With all the talk from farmer all the way to this new update my sites have been just fine. Sometinmes you just have to go with you gut feelings after all no other warrior can run your business like you can. Even when people talk about fiverr is no good I have had tons of success with it. NO LIE! Sometimes you have to eat the meat and spit out the bones.

Regardless of the degrees of truth here i've experienced enough of Google to know I don't try to appease them anymore.
Perhaps that is a backward step for now, but on past results, its cost me much more time and money to try and please them or pre-empt them.

In my view the opportunity is to disassociate yourself away from them - their hold will then become less of a threat.

The internet is so dynamic and ever changing, the big G might not be that big in several years....and if it is there may certainly be efforts to inhibit or restrict its reach and persuasion on a global economy that will catch up with it and its motives.
