Where is the QR Code Creator with Images?

Awhile ago I saw a post that pointed to a FREE - QR Code Creator that allowed you to add an image or logo into the code.
I can't seem to find that post again. Does anybody know where I might find it again?

    I use this product Esponce - Turning things into hyperlinks
    I believe you can get 3 free codes. Another cool part of this product is that it will allow you to change the destination of the link in the QRCode anytime, even after it has bee in print.

    Oh, I wanted to add the link above i a direct link, I am not sure if they even offer an affiliate program.

    AND In the free version you get
