22min/day from cold caling GREATNESS.
Here's my routine.
I drive to the park (5 minutes)
I listen to daily audio bible while taking a walk around the park.
So that's a bit of exercise as well (10 minutes)
I follow that lap with 2 minutes of meditation, it's just ummm ummmm (listen), breath (listen) breath (listen), ummm ummmm (listen)...u c?
Then I get in my car and sing along with a song, (get into it).
At this point i'm arriving back home in my car (5 minutes), when you open the door, sit there for a minute and listen to sounds, but don't focus on the sounds, focus on the silence between the sounds.
Now, you'll be living in the moment and person youre selling to won't be, giving you a distinct advantage in response time.
