Close $10,000+ Deals A Little Easier With This Tip...

Would you ever buy a Ferrari from a dealership that sells Hondas, looks run down, and is located in a run down neighborhood? I doubt it. This is because the product is inconsistent with the location (positioning).

Here's what I've done for the past few months to make closing 5 figure deals a lot easier:

I found the #1 location in my city to meet with clients. It's a top rated coffee shop at the bottom of the 5 star hotel that just opened right on the waterfront. There are Mercedes S500, BMWs, and other higher end cars in the driveway before you even walk in.

I meet with my clients here because before I even say "hello"...they already know that I'm not cheap. When you're sitting down with a business owner surrounded by wealth, opulence, and beautiful scenery...25% of the work involved in selling an image has been done for you. Subconsciously, he has noticed the money all around him. You can quote prices 2x or 4x higher than what you normally charge and if said with a straight face and nonchalance, you can get them easily.

This works because of borrowed credibility. You're using the association with luxury, wealth, and success to your advantage.

Try it out and see for yourself.

LOL I love this! That is an awesome share.

I guess if you're driving an old Honda you should make sure you get there early and leave much later, eh?

The beauty of this location...the valet will happily park your car IN THE DAMN MIDDLE of the circular driveway for $5. Talk about presentation...

Certainly a good idea! You must live somewhere nice though. Some little towns dont have a whole lot in the way of 'luxury'. Not much around here, at least.

You might not have a "luxury" location like the op describes but a point that you can take away from this is to figure out where to the top people in your town/city spend time and go and spend time there also.

What a luxurious read. I'm pretty close to the 90210 of my North Atlanta burbs. I better find a hot spot like this one and get busy

Interesting I always figured I would want to hide the fact I drove a Corvette since people would assume I had money and was over charging.

Good idea. Definitely, great idea to get out from the budget design to the luxury design.
