Online SEO Grader for Offliners with Branded PDF Reports!!

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to share our simple on page SEO grader. You can upload your own company logo (use jpeg) and add your company name to the top.

Check it out Free Online Website SEO Grader Tool | Los Angeles SEO, Web Design, Internet Marketing Company

Use it for client meetings. Print out a report before a meeting and show them how their website grades.

I'm curerently developing a mobile responsive version and hopefully will get it up within the month.

If you like it, please share it on facebook, linkedin, google+, twitter. You know, the usual.

Also, I'll be working on a V2, so let me know your suggestions on how I can make it better.

Thanks,

Jerry

Is it still a work in progress? All the top websites get an 'F'. Including
    Coke.com for the keyword 'soda'.

It also does not list any other info, it says '0' for everything, which
    obviously is incorrect.

I just checked the source code for coke.com and the keyword "soda" does not show up within the source code. That's why it's giving the on page grade of "F".

I also did a google search (US) for "soda" and coke doesn't show up on the first page either.

haha, shows you what I know.

We should contact Domino's and Pizza Hut though, they get a D for the keyword 'pizza'

          Lol

Yeah, the algo calculates all the factors listed then spits an average. It was hard trying to come up with an algo any other way (I'm no math wiz).

That was the only way I could calculate the grade.

They do get a "D" grade but I think the grader does a pretty good job at grabbing the information needed.

Besides, the pizza gurus are so popular that IMO they can have a low SEO grade (with any SEO grader) and still rock in the SERPS.

Does it only grade the page URL you enter in? Or if we put in a domain, will it grade the entire site?

So far, it only grades the url you input

So... Why allow people to use this for free? Is it a way to build a lead list? LOL. That's why I'm always hesitant about trying these out.

Well, all you need is the domain name really to have a potential prospect.

True, but thats not my intent with this tool. I like to code.

It's 100% free just like Wordpress, no tricks.

People offer tools for free all the time. Not everyone here on the WF need to generate leads.

Looks interesting but didn't see anywhere to download this grader.

    Am I missing something?

Also, is this in widget form for placement on sidebars?

Once the report is generated, it's located above the "SEO Report Card" text.

So, I just tried it... It got it wrong.
It said my keyword wasn't in the Title or Meta. WRONG!
I didn't continue to look through the rest of the report because it didn't have the right info to start with.

As far as V2, make it work right.

Ok, provide the url and keywords you used so if there are any errors, I can work out the bugs

Also, I just tried it on my community blog M1a Rifles | Springfield M1A, Scout, Socom, Rifles, scopes, and stocks. for the keyword "m1a rifle". It pulled all data correctly.

So, if you provide the url and keyword you use, it would help me determine if the grader is conflicting with other plugins etc.

IF there is an issue, we can have it fixed so other won't encounter the same problem.

      Thanks!

Charge money and people would have been more grateful lol.

Really though, its a cool tool but I wouldn't say it's accurate. I only tried once, but when I didn't fill out the company name, and only put in the logo image, it wouldn't add the logo to the PDF, only when it was entirely filled out.

The real results of the tool aren't very good in my opinion but that's not your fault... I dunno what you could do to make it more accurate, since there are so many factors with SEO, some which aren't easily monitored.

Overall, cool... Like I said, the tool itself as far as accuracy goes, I don't care for... but the REAL GEM in this tool is using the reports as part of your closing process or when you're discussing a project, hurry up put in their keywords, site, and boom... email over the report with 1 minute of work. That's where the value is, in my opinion. Doesn't matter if it gives them a D or an F, we want those low scores. LOL

    Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the feedback! It was created to be used as a closing tool. Pop in the url and keyword and out comes a report with a grade. A good visual for closing prospects.

Like I said before, I'm no math wizz but I tried my best to incorporate all on-site SEO factors I use before quoting or pitching clients.

I'm glad you find some value in it.

I'll be making it responsive soon, so it will be easier to grade via any mobile device while meeting with clients.

At first I thought the results were suspect on a few of my websites but then I tried with one of my websites built with clickbump's theme which did score a B+ in a somewhat competitive law niche.

Glad to see Scott's clickbump theme and his plugin still works great.

Like others have said, this will be a great door opener or closing aid with business owners.

      Thanks for the share.
