VBX - Help Create a high response Script

For those of you who dont know-

VBX software (WSO) : It allows you to record a voicemail and mass blast that voicemail to businesses to promote your services (in the end).

I provide web design services and I'm looking to create a script that will get a decent response rate.

Background info: I will use a yellowpages scraper to find businesses that currently do not have a website. I will collect the phone numbers and that will be the list I blast to.

I have used a script where I just leave a voicemail saying I have a question about their business etc.

Instead I would like to create a good script that will allow me to staright up tell them about our services yet get a decent amount of callbacks. These will then be pretty hot leads seeing as they are calling for more info on our services.

Any starting ideas on a great script?

I would like to say somewhere in the voicemail about how our services are 50% off for the time being and it comes with a free press release.

thanks everyone!

  • how about start out easy and say....

I tried to look at your website on my cell phone, but it looked completely wrong.
... if you have 5 minutes and you call me back i can help you fix that..

YES, you are losing thousands of dollars per day.... 5 minutes on the phone with me can change that.

    • The people I'm contacting already have a website, I can still say that line about losing thousands a day..thanks!
  • To get the best results keep it generic - most business owners know what a website is, so it shouldn't be too difficult to spike some interest
  • Be VAGUE VAGUE VAGUE. "I have a quick question about your website" works like a charm for me.

    • Or make it more urgent...

"Just noticed something really weird going on with your website,
and I don't think you'll notice it from where you are.
Call me, Bob on xxx xxx xx and I'll let you know what's happening with it."

      Best,
      Ewen
