Looking for WSOs on Local Hiring & Sales
Hi all,
I'm currently working on a project to add an in-house sales team to my business. This is a major change for me as I've always hired from Freelance sites before this.
- Currently I'm reading all the sales & hiring books I can.
- In the past I've gotten tremendous value from WSOs that gave me 1 incredible insight that changed my whole strategy. So I'm looking for WSOs on:
1. Hiring from Craigslist
2. Hiring from job websites and offline classifieds
3. Hiring, Training, & Managing Appointment Setters
4. Hiring, Training, & Managing Closers
5. Strategies for inside sales vs outside sales (I'm reading that face-to-face selling is more ideal than over the phone--more sales, bigger packages)
