I have struggled with time management and staying focused. I created this time management spreadsheet a few years ago and have had to update it from time to time.

  Yes, sticking to it is the hardest part. I use a Google Calender to get track of my meetings with clients but use the spreadsheet to stay focused between appointments.

But it seems I'll have to wait for some more years to create one sheet for myself. I have two kids a three years and a year old...My daily schedules depend on how they feel and do
