Know and web designers I can outsource to?

I am looking for a decent web designer I can outsource to. I can build websites myself but I just do not like doing it at all.

I am looking for someone who can do a good job with wordpress for less than $250. I am not looking for websites that look like a free template tool made either. Premium wordpress theme sites will do.

If you could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

    Lol. I liked designing websites when I first started, but got tired of it after a few months and stopped. The interesting thing is I still get referals from people wanting web design, but its not worth the time anymore.

    I did try outsourcing one site but it turned out really generic looking. So I wound up working on the site myself for another couple of days. Wasn't worth the money. The hardest part is finding someone who can do quality sites cheap and fast. I can pay $300-$400 but its got to look great, and most sites for that price look like garbage.

    So outsourcing I never really figured out. I think for it to work properly you need to find brilliant designers in poor countries. Which shouldn't really be that hard, but it does take time that I just don't have.

      No offence, but that sounds pretty sick. Web design is so easily outsourced with huge profit margins... can't believe someone would just waste easy money like that. I get 60% from sending one email and that's in Sweden where I can't outsource overseas, and Swedes are expensive as sh*t.

      Just be tough when hiring, only allow applications from people with big portfolio, many hours of previous work, high previous ratings (if you're using something like odesk...) and good results on skill-tests. Would be surprised if it took you more than 1 hour effectively to find several great designers.

        It's very difficult to get a quality website for less than $250 - it's possible, but it will take a rare person in a third world country who has the right mindset to produce quality at that kind of price.

        If you want to pay $250, you will get a site that's 90% to 95% the way you want it, and then you will need to spend some time yourself doing the finishing to get it 100%.

        It you want a site that comes back looking 100%, you will almost certainly need to pay more than $250.

          Get real, sport. I'm in the Midwest of the USA where $250 goes a LONG way. Plenty of talented people work for much less.

    It's hard to find web designers who can produce quality work for less than $250. I mean if you want to have a good website you need to invest on it and find a web designer who charges more than that price.

      Haven't used this guy yet, but seems to do great work according to the reviews in his threads. Recommended by a few fellow warriors. He also meets your price point too. Don't have enough posts to post a link for you. His WF user name is spesialis. He also goes by Fanny. You can do a search for both and you will find him in the warrior for hire section.

    I am building my new portfolio and would not mind working for this price at all. I just left a web design firm and I really need to build my reputation!
