Flyer Marketing - Advice Needed

I am going to do flyer marketing this weekend. I have attached the flyers of both the products. Please let me know if you think something is missing or if you can think of any improvements. Both of these are clickbank products.

Thanks a lot!!

    rajat2k2k,

I am not a good critic but I would change the light green text on the first card to something that is easier to read. People with bad eyesight will have a hard time reading it.

I don't know if was an error or not but on the 2nd card the title is Eat Stop Eat but at the bottom the URL reads Stop Eat Stop.com. This may confuse people and they may end up going to a wrong site and lose interest once that happens.

I could be wrong on both points but my measly 2 cents. lol

    Peace,
    Steven Delong

    Eat Stop Eat flyer:

Fix up the tiny errors like the extra space after the word Little (4th line) and the word "Hormone" should be "Hormones" (plural).
This is minor but will instantly give off a dodgy perception to people like myself.

Why is your flyer called Eat Stop Eat but your website called Stop Eat Stop? That's a bit confusing.

    Wood Wook flyer:

I can tell by looking at both flyers that you rushed this one, right? If you're going to print in colour, make the most of it man! I think the colour usage in the other flyer is sufficient but to only use green in the testimonials on this one is a bit weird.

    My advice:

For both flyers you have a call to action, but you have it in the wrong place.

i.e. Go here to learn more --> link
and For more information go to --> link

There's nothing grabbing me there. I wouldn't go to that link.

You should be linking your call to action with the URL:

Get over 16,000 FREE woodworking plans and projects with step-by-step, easy to follow instructions at WorkWorkByTed.com

Good luck with the flyers mate!

    Thanks for the suggestions.

I am just an affiliate so using a domain to forward to my Clickbank hop. That's why I named it stopeatstop.com

I am going to print them in black since it will be cheaper. I will fix the green text....yes it's a little blurry.

Are you handing out the woodworking plans out at a woodworking convention?

And where and who to are you planning to put the weight loss
    one in the hands of?

It's a home show and I am going to print one ad on each side. I am guessing there are lot of DIY home stuff people there so they will like woodworking plans and fitness works everywhere. Should I try something different then woodworking ?

You might get kicked out handing out advertising material there.
The promoters want people to pay for a booth there.

I am thinking of handing out (or hiring someone at hourly rate) a little far from where it is happening...another idea is to put the flyers on the car in the parking lot.

You are still running the risk of promoting within a no go zone.

Go in and ask the vendors if you can give them $50 to place a stack on their table and help give them out.

Tell them that you will give them $250 more if they can help you make "x" number of sales.

Come back every hour or so and talk to them, see if they are giving the flyers out or if they need more.

Leverage the vendors to give these out to people.

          OR

Ask a vendor if you can pay him $50 to stand at his table and give them out to people.

This is good advice. Someone (perhaps the poster) did it before and it worked well...the difference in that case as I remember was that the two fields they were in weren't directly connected.

It wasn't me. I don't remember where I heard about someone doing it this way. It's been a few years.

But, the story was that these vendors travel the country doing shows. He would register a domain for each vendor and mail them stacks of flyers, along with a commission check for every sale they brought in.

Yes I read that thread about having someone at the booth work for you. I will try that strategy too. But I think it was a mom & pop booth. In this show all the big name companies are putting up stalls and they are paying upto 4000$ per stall.
