Let's face it, typically when prospecting service providers (such as painters, plumbers, electricians, contractors, roofers, and the list goes on...) you're going to run into male owners/decision makers. As a male who owns a lead generation firm, I have found it much easier for my female prospectors to get past the gatekeepers, schedule appointments, and get the owner interested in internet marketing services. Even through my email marketing campaigns!
Has anyone else had experience with this? I'd be really interested to hear from the women. I remember seeing a thread recently in the Offline Section referring to the higher conversion rate with female telemarketers, and honestly it makes sense to me. I'd be much more inclined to talk to a female telemarketer, than a male.
