Hey Warriors, I've put together a little report. I'd love to get some feedback on how I can improve the copy or the formatting. Is there anything in here that's unclear or confusing?

Cheers!

I assume you are targeting people who are "poor" because $2900 a month isn't a lot to most people. Especially when you consider that it is self employed which means you take home a lot less. Make sure your traget market will want to make $2900 or even $5k a month. Myself I wouldn't be interested in anything unless it showed how they made $10k plus as that would be more income than I make now in my JOB (guess not really Just Over Broke). I would need about $8k per month minimum self employed to replace my current salary and benefits.

So consider who you target is and how much they are currently making. If the guy is making $10/hr full time he will think $2900/month is good though if he does the math he will see with benefits and self employment tax he might actually make more now. While a guy making $50k a year with benefits wouldn't even think twice about $2900/mo since it would not replace his income while $5k/mo might get his attention till he realizes that with benefits and taxes he makes more take home pay then someone self employeed at $5k/mo does.

Second I believe you are using your pictures with Dean Jackson & Joe Polish as Social Proof to make it appear you hang with the big boys? And that is great but in both pictures you are holding their book and grinning like a fangirl. It doesn't make you look like an equal which is what I think you were trying for. So if you have other pictures with them I would switch them out.

Finally... pay for a domain! nomoney.wordpress.com basically says exactly that, you have no money. It will go a long way to promoting you as a professional. A domain costs $10/yr. I spend more on my lunch most days. Even if you have no money eat cheap (ramen anyone?) for a day or two and you will have the money to pay for a domain.

        @Aaron,

When I belonged to the National Speaker Association back in the 80's we called those pictures grip and grins. The author would pose with us AFTER we bought the book so we could put that pic in our NLs.

I admire Benny for trying. He is using the tools at his disposal and as a newly discharged Marine should still have the Corps discipline to carry on regardless of the terrain. Never a Marine myself but AF for 20 years. Even there we learned the idea of keep going no matter what.

The six page ebook was a put together of material that is pretty dated, meaning in the way it was written. Also the idea of making $2900 extra in 30 days is appealing to quite a few people. I own an insurance agency and can't tell you the number of Joe Six Pack clients who would love to make $2900 a month let alone $2900 extra.

You are absolutely correct, for this audience it isn't a fit. Hell, if my client comes in tomorrow and signs the contract I'll make $2900 in five minutes. Next week we have 2 more coming in at 5K each.

I think I mention this only because this crowd knows how to put together deals that make that and more in one sitting. Since Benny did mention his client list occupations it would seem to me he could be doing better than $2900.

Here's my final critique. The title leads people to believe they will read 3 questions you can ask the prospect. That isn't what they get. Somehow there is a disjoinder that should be patched.

In fact, here are 3 questions you can ask the client that will make you an extra 3K:

        1) Do you want more people coming into your business
        2) Do you want to sell more to your existing clients
        3) Do you want more clients and more money while spending less

If you know how to fulfill them, you just made at least 3K.

I didn't even take one page to say that.

Good luck Benny and Semper FI!

Now these are 3 questions that really matter.

You know if you flesh this out into a book you can sell a great WSO.

I also love the "grip & grins". Classic selling. I'd just rather be the guy selling the book. Though I would be happy to snap a pic like that with Tim Ferriss and the 4 Hour Work Week. But that would be for myself and not to share.

WOW! Hey everyone, I really appreciate the feedback.

Aaron, OUCH. That's a tough pill to swallow, but it's feedback like that I was looking for. So honestly, thank you. I'm going to go back and make some improvements.

The idea is that there are several less seasoned, less direct-marketing savvy, less clear, and less action-oriented offliners out there. For them, $5k is a big deal. This is my target audience.

I'm actually doing this as a challenge with one of my friends. How many buyers can I get spending ZERO money on ANYTHING? But I completely understand your point about the domain and professional appearance.

Tom, thanks for rooting for me, haha. I appreciate the ideas there too. I will jump back in and reword the title and rework the content to make it more congruent.

    Any other pointers?

Yep, I've been thinkig about doing that for the last three years but all I could come up with was those 3 questions. I wonder if I filled it w/pictures and info on how to open a paypal account if that would extend the number of pages???

@crs - yeah go get 'em. You've got a great attitude and you should do well.

Gotsto luv this forum. Lots of people w/lots of great material.

You trying to win a challenge or make some money:confused:
It takes money to make money.

Yeah you probably can make some money without spending and say
"Hey look at me, I did it" BUT what you wont see is the money you lost
from people that wont respond because they dont think you are for real!
