berst way to promote physical oil trading seminar?

I am putting on a physical oil trading seminar in Florida in Feb 2013. 2 day intensive boot-camp with follow up.

It's not cheap. $5k.

But what's the best way to reach potential attandees? it's such a narrow niche i am lost as to how to promote it.
