Why not offer your services for free with your local lawyer/solicitor and get them to draft up some documents for your offline business.

In reality, laws are different the world over and the documentation will need to be a little different depending on the country you live in. For example, US contracts aren't that helpful here in the UK.
They work fine if you have no problems, however, if you have dispute, wouldn't it be better to have the correct documentation?
