Site similar to yelp doing lead generation

Hi guys,

I saw some information earlier about a site that was doing a similar thing to yelp in that it was acting as a directory for local businesses across the whole country but instead of charging a flat monthly fee for placing certain businesses in "prime locations" on their website it charged the businesses for each lead that it generated presumably by call tracking or collecting email addresses and phone numbers. They were apparently very successful doing it with revenues of something over $100 million a year I believe.

Does anybody know what this site was called or have any more info on it as I cannot for the life of me remember

      Thanks for the reply I think it may have actually been that. Do you know of any more for other business types as they only seem to focus on the trades

    I agree must've been Service Magic. They are one of the biggest companies out there that do this and rake in millions of dollars per year
