OFFLINE MARKETING

Do you guys have any recommendations for project management software? Something to track jobs, clients, etc. I mean, there is always excel...

Also, any pointers for developing a marketing plan or possibly a template?

I'm looking for something that would sync with a partner elsewhere..so they could see the same schedules, etc.

We have been testing mavenlink.com but also thinking about zoho.
Our goal was getting it to sinc with google business apps.

You also have options for CMS and payment integration's for invoicing too :-)

Now what are you looking for in terms of a marketing plan? Business Marketing plan in the traditional sense or something more out of the box IM style?

I use basecamp for projects, and highrise for my CRM. They integrate together and work nicely.

We use highrise (part of 37 signals). We are able to see what everyone else puts in on a "ticker" type thing, you can drop emails in from your mail client, and you can set reminders for call backs etc.

WOW. I love Basecamp and Highrise. They both have free trials as well. This will make things sooo smooth I think.
