What online services to offer to local businesses?

I am interested in selling my services to businesses in my area. I currently live in a populated area and I think a lot of business could benefit from IM. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could offer to these companies? reviews, webpages, youtube videos, registering them on yellow pages, etc.......?




I do have some experience in product development. Made 2 ebooks before with websites as well as basic things like making youtube videos, install aweber, etc...

      What you would suggestion I charge for creating a youtube video for them?

      I imagine I would need a video camera, unless I just used my phone.
