A mortgage or loan officer that works at a large bank, and his his own website:

bankname.com/myonepagewebsite

This potential client wants to increase his exposure, and of course get more calls coming in.

What would be the best way to attack this?

    I wouldn't touch it myself because he won't go with hardcore direct response.

    PPC is a great option but it's going to be expensive in that niche. I would go display network on that one. He'll also need another landing page because it will need to be optimized for a campaign.

    The bank controls the website and would have rules he would have to follow in order to do anything. They usually have a compliance department that says what they can and cannot do.

    They won't let you open it up to do SEO or let him have a separate site that points to it. Even from a separate paid out of his pocket PPC ad online perspective. ie- He can't set up a "Great loan rates" PPC ad (or full SEO'ed website) if it directs to the banks site- bankname.com/myonepagewebsite.
