text or voice text to call script?

OFFLINE MARKETING

i was curios if something like this exists?,

to have a script that i can enter text and phone numbers and then the script

to call out and leave a message on the local business...

anything like this,that can do this?

i am trying to lunch a local city website for community and business,

and trying to get notice by the local business so they can come and list their business for free,for few months,

i try email marketing and purchased some email database for all local business
within my city,and sent out emails,but a lot of them come ,with errors,and other problems,

so i do have some software that can extract phone numbers,but now i am looking to somehow to text to call to a 100-200 phone numbers at one time,and leave a message voicemail for them ,and to do it after hours.

any advice on this?

I know this is possible, but haven't done it myself yet so can't personally recommend any services to use. Pretty sure https://www.callfire.com and other autodialers can do what you'd like.

You can do this with OpenVBX (Twilio).

First create a list using Chad Smith's subscription plugin, and import the numbers you want to call. Then create a flow for what you want the outgoing message to say, either a robot voice or an mp3. Then click on "call" in your subscription lists and choose the flow that you created. It will call all of the numbers and play your message.

Keep in mind that when encountering an answering machine or voicemail, the outgoing message may get cut off though because it will start to play after the call is answered. If you blast out to businesses during the day however, you'll most likely get someone to pick up, and then they will hear the whole message.

In your flow, you can have the functionality be more than just playing an mp3 when someone answers. You might play the mp3 and then say "press 1 to connect with an agent" or whatever and when they do that the call will dial your number. Be creative and you should get it do to exactly what you want.

i know that chad has few plugins out,

like:
WpConference

and
Twiggers - Twilio Triggers WordPress Plugin

and the other that extracts the phone numbers,address witch i purchased from him..

and i think the "Twiggers" is the one you talking about?

normally i was going to make all the calls ,at night when business are closed,

No, twiggers is not a voice broadcasting plugin. Twiggers will alert you via email when something happens in your Twilio account, like someone going over a limit of SMS or voice calls, or whatever.

There was a WSO a few months ago that did voice broadcasting but its closed now. But you can set up OpenVBX to do the same thing as I described in the earlier post. If you need help with the specifics just PM me.

For those who are considering using the Chad Smith plugin, it's currently broken. Another guy got it fixed, cost him $500 for a programmer, and offered me the opportunity to get the fix in return for a portion of the programming fees.

Anyone else feels like chipping in, PM me. I need to get this off the ground for a client next week, and the developer seems to have lost interest in this plugin.
