My client's site is not coming up at his office on any of his employees computers. It is not coming up on hi s phone either. It works on all my PCs, my phone and a few friends computers.

Anyone have any ideas why this would be?

Thank YOU!
Adam

When did you change his name servers? It is probably a dns issue that hasn't propagated all the servers. Give it about 24-48 hours.

That's the thing, I haven't done anything with his site. I do SEO/reputation management for him and I don't even host his site, but I am his "go to guy" for web ish.

Does his company computers work through a corporate firewall or subscribe to websense or have a whitelist/black list policy?

To expand on that... if the website's IP address is classified as harmful and his router or network does have some time of protection or firewall, it could be blocking it. IT sounds to me that it would be an issue with the network, not the systems since it is a problem with his phone too. His phone though, is probably connecting through the office WIFI and not 3/4g.

Does he have access to the site from his home?

What happens if he finds it in Google and clicks? Does it still not show up? What happens when it doesn't show up?

Yes, I assume he is using the wi-fi in his office for his phone and that is why it is not showing up.

I am not sure if he checked at home as I am waiting for an email back from him.

Yea, he said when he types it in the URL box and searches on Google it does it.

He hosts his site through Media Temple. I am not familiar with them, but they look like a pretty big outfit.

Yea, I just spoke with his secretary and she can pull it up on her phone when she's on 3G. It sounds like it's something with the network which is WAY over my head.

This place is great! Thank you for all your help. I just recently published a book and in the acknowledgement section I thanked the Warrior Forum for ish like this.

Again, I appreciate all the help.

    Back to closing deals!

Ask him to check the site from his home.
Ask him to ask some of his friend to check his site.

If his office connection is the only one that can not see the site...
Did you try modifying "Hosts" file on his computer?
