How to talk directly to the owner of a store?
Ok, it's time to ask you some help. 
How do you manage to speak directly to the owner of a store?
When I go into a store I always find employees and they always tell me the same thing: " The owner is not here. Tomorrow around 9 AM he/she will be here " and of course the next day he/she is not there.
Obviously I try also to get the business card but there is the email and phone number of the store and I don't know how to talk directly to the owner.
What strategy do you use?
I'm sorry for my english, I'm Italian and I'm trying to improve.
