Trouble W/Customer's Google Local Places Listing

I have a local customer for whom I made a Google Local Places listing. She has a shop on "Main Street" that sells baby clothes. I've done many local listings for other customers. I developed her page - with the ten pics and the five videos. She still hasn't received her verification code.

After three weeks & Google saying that they mailed it to her - I requested another code - this time to be verified by phone. That was two weeks ago. I've done everything correctly & she seems very attentive & anxious to get this up & running. Has anyone else had issues with verifying a customer's business?

    Sorry, your issue is a little unclear. Were you successful in verifying the listing by phone? Is it now verified?

    If the listing is verified and the problem is when you click the "view" link you get the "this location is not supported" message, you shouldn't be surprised. That is very normal and you can get that message for 1-2 weeks typically. Try getting onto maps.google.com and run a search for the business phone number or the business name, you may find the active listing that way. It can take a little while for the listing to connect via the "view" link.
