Help : Best System For Massive Local Opt Ins?? $$

I have a interesting project. I am working in a moderate sized midwestern city and need to grab about 5,000 local opt ins fast before end of the year.

I wanted to reach out to the Warrior Brain Trust and get some ideas, and proven strategies to rack em up.

The optins can be Consumers, and Business owners. I am doing a launch for a web based application for consumer coupons and need to generate some pre-buzz. We have a squeeze page video in production and will be doing that but wanted to know what else is out there.

We have a budget for media spend, or whatever. Just trying to cost effectively drive local opt-ins from markets like Denver, Kansas City, New York, Dallas..

    You could list build with some type of giveaway using Facebook Sponsored Ads, anything that is hot in the market. I would also look into buying a targeted list, if you have a budget, why reinvent the wheel?
