Outsourcing the cold calling, which software has to be used to track the calls?

Guys,
I am running a offline business and I am planning to outsource the cold calling stuffs to one of my VA in Philippines, basically her job is to call the leads (US based ) and explain about our service to the prospects.

Here is the situation I am living in a different country and she is in Philippines, now
- How can i get a US number for her where she can dail in directly to the other US numbers for very cheap?
- How can i record those calls she is speaking to the prospects ?is there any software/service is there?
- I heard we can buy a vonage voip phone number from US and put it in any where in the world and call locally, is this possible?

    can you/they use skype?

    "pamela", "Mp3 skype recorder", and "IM capture" all allow you to record skype calls.

    p.s. could also get them to use a CRM tool like salesforce.com, vtiger or zoho to get your VA to log your calls, or simply get her to add them to a spreadsheet and mail you or upload to google docs

    I was looking in to callfire to track my postcard campaigns. You might want to look in to their "cloud call center" feature for your VA.

    However, with Skype you're limited to 50 dials a day.
